Foundation Repair
I had a great experience with Steven and his crew. The process of redoing my basement retaining wall was exactly as he talked about when giving me an estimate. He walked me through the process before starting and kept me informed of where they were at with the work and when it would be finished. What I thought could be a long time in getting the job done they kept on track in a very timely manner. They saw that another side of my house needed more dirt along the foundation and did that work with no added cost. All the yard around the work area was smoothed out and ready for me to do the grass seed. The extra gravel they took time to spread out in my driveway. I couldn't have had a better job done from anyone else. This company will be the one I call on work I need done going forward. I recommend them any opportunity I that I can.
Building pad and clearing
I had Steve with northmo excavating do a pad site prep for a 40x80 building. We had 2 very large trees to take out that was right next to another building. He did an amazing job, tool care of trees and put them where I requested and even did a little extra work. Very timely and precise. Great job.
